On The Camino Now

Yasmin John Thorpe, a 60 year old Canadian woman, is on the Camino Francés and wants to raise money for “Raise a Reader”. In addition to her fundraising for school children she is also seeking a spiritual change in her own life. She is on her 11th day and on her way to St. Juan de Ortego. Jacqueline Rowe, a resident of Melbourne, Austrailia, had a heart attack 4 years ago at a very young age. She is on a fundraising campaign for heart research and creating awareness for young womens heart health. She’s just starting her journey at St. Jean. Follow her story at “Camino Heart”.

Marie is a 66 year old southern woman who owns a travel adventure business, but as she says, “on this walk I will be doing it by myself but not alone.” Her last post was from Leon about a week ago. Check out Marie’s Camino.

JLFROG and Al are on walking day 23 at Rabinal. They share some good photos and JLFROG is digital and posting text and pictures from her iphone. They are about 2/3 done so hurry over to reinragcamino and catch up on their story.

“My Name Is Ian and I am a Camino Addict”, Ian is a “semi-retired publican” and just can’t get enough of the Camino. He has hit a heatwave and is in Zafra. Read all about it at “The Road to Nowhere”.
